Thanks for sharing all your recipes :) Favorite rin namin ang dory fish but I just do the usual fried fish fillet and the kids love it. Ketchup mixed with garlic ranch dressing ang dip ng kids, I just use garlic ranch for mine.

^ i think eto yun...
baked fish with cream cheese and mayo (got this recipe from homecookingrocks.com)
1. season fish with salt and pepper.
2. fry fish, half cooked. put in paper towels to drain excess oil. set aside.
3. saute mixed veggies (corn, peas and carrots - yung frozen pack) in same oil. set aside.
4. mix softened cream cheese, mayonnaise and grated garlic (or minced garlic).
5. place fish and mixed veggies in baking dish.
6. spread the cream cheese/mayo mixture on top (and bottom) of fish.
7. bake for 10mins or until the top portion turns into light brown.

blockbuster samin yung may cream cheese.  kahit wala akong mixed veggies, yum pa rin ;)

got this recipe from a former officemate and though i haven't tried doing it yet, her concoction is a definite smash: thanks, nani!!!!

2-3 fillets of dory
salt
mixed vegetables
butter
mayonnaise
cheese

Season dory with salt then steam.
Melt butter in a pan then add the
mixed vegetables.

In a pyrex dish, brush with soft butter
at the bottom, add the steamed fillet,
mayonnaise, mixed vegetables
and lastly grate cheese on top.

Bake or place in a turbo
till top part becomes golden brown.

Just cooked baked dory for our dinner tonight gustong gusto ng mga kids ko. Here's my recipe:

Cut dory fillet into 4-5 pcs. Season with lemon or kalamansi, pepper and garlic powder and drizzle with worcestershire sauce. Let stand for about 5mins.
Arrange into a baking dish.
Meanwhile, dilute about 2Tbsp of mushroom soup mix with a little bit of water just enough to cover the fillet then pour this over the fish. Sprinkle with dried oregano (optional) and top with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 to 15 mins or until brown.

Soooo guddd!! Andami namin nakain he he

sa sobrang dami ng ideas, i don't know which one to try first. :) laging breaded with either sweet and sour or mayo garlic dip lang ang ginagawa ko eh. last time we tried steaming it. ok din but they really prefer yung fried.
