I've been regularly buying Dory fillet sa grocery. Looking for new recipes. So far eto lang lagi kong naluluto with the dory fillets:
Basic recipe: Season sliced dory fillet with salt, pepper and calamansi. Coat with flour, dip in beaten egg and coat with japanese bread crumbs. Fry.
Sauces:
1. Lemon Butter Sauce;
2. Garlic and Oyster Sauce or Tausi and Oyster Sauce;
3. Sweet and Sour Sauce.
