^ hi sis LiL019! :) how much yung charges nung ideliver? any food they can deliver ba? how about mga frozen i.e. tocino and the like? :)

sis, sorry ngayon nalang ako nakapag.reply. they charged mga 90-120php per pouch, or it depends sa weight ng pouch mo. okay naman services nila. my last avail of their services was last January 2012. pero not recommending them anymore[/b]. hindi na sila nagdedeliver ng kahit anong food items - baked goodies, frozen, etc. "Corporate" na raw kasi sila so hindi na raw sakop ng services yon. super sad and nakakainis nga. nasisira promo giveaway ko sa business.

i won't be using their services anymore. and i won't be recommending them to other food sellers. sa kanila lang ako actually nagpapadeliver ng food. because xend don't. so i will be shifting to another courier. hopefully, maging okay. :)

Yeah sis, masakit [textspeak!] sa ulo ang JAM. Kaya [textspeak!] never na ko umulit sa kanila. Xend na lang palagi ang gamit ko for my online deliveries. So far so Good. :)

grabe talaga si JAM GLOBAL! i talk ed to Anna already and she informed me that they already submitted the requirements daw sa globe to get the money back and told me that globe will call me to confirm the details pero i haven't received any call from globe. I called JAM GLOBAL again to follow up and sabi ni anna, ipapadala nalang daw niya sa akin [textspeak!] requirements na they submitted sa globe tapos ako nalang daw makipagcoordinate sa globe. I agreed kasi ang tagal tagal na nito. I went to globe and globe informed me na they can no longer return the money kasi na cash out na ng may-ari ng number. tapos i found out pa na JAM GLOBAL only filed a report on December 2011 when I made a complaint na noong August 2011 pa. so i called JAM GLOBAL while I was at globe center. The person who answered my call asked for my name. Tapos when I gave her my name, she asked me kung ako daw ba si kristine marie (the person who got the gcash na hindi naman dapat sa kanya) or christine (the person who was supposed to get the gcash). I told her ako si christine. Anna didn't want to talk to me at first. I can hear her telling the person who answered the call na 'sabihin mo pinadala ko na [textspeak!] kailangan niya.' I insisted in talking to Anna kaya kinausap niya ako. I told her what the globe representative told me. Ang sagot niya sa akin, it's still not their fault daw that the payment was wrong sent to kristine marie and they are only willing to pay half of 11,500. naloka ako! grabe talaga ang JAM GLOBAL!! When I talked to them before, sabi nila kasalanan ko daw kasi ako daw ang nagbigay ng wrong gcash # kasi wala naman daw silang ibang christine na client pero why will they ask me kung ako [textspeak!] client na kristine marie or christine??

Samin ni Hubby, we use AP Cargo for Visayas and Mindanao areas.. di na kami namomroblema pagko-compute ng shipping fee since yung customer na mismo ang magbabayad once ma-receive niya yung items :) pick up lang sila ng pick up sa bahay.. for Luzon/Metro Manila areas naman, we use Air21 kasi arte ng JRS.. yung products kasi namin 250mL to 1L.. gusto ng JRS naka-plastic na box pa.. eh Luzon lang naman.. hay..

^yes sis.. customers may opt to have their items delivered door to door or pick up sa branch ng ap cargo.. nagpi-pick up din sila sa bahay namin/seller.. kaya hassle free na sa pagko-compute/estimate ng shipping fee.. si customer na bahala dun.. =D

Sakit sa ulo ang xend. Yung number nila sa website, doesn't work... Since wala ako sa bahay at walang puwedeng tumanggap nung package ko, ininwan nila sa kapitbahay ko yung package ko from cash cash pinoy. Terrible ang service nila!!

Been using Metrowide since 2008. Ok naman, pwede na pagtiyagaan for the rates pero minsan they eff up: nagkakapalit ang package, delayed pick up, delayed delivery etc. Pero ok naman ang customer service for me coz they answer their phones (unlike ibang couriers na nababasa ko dito who NEVER pick up their phones) and prompt sila mag text back.

Tip: Ok lang mangulit sa kanila if you want your package to be picked up and if you're shipping multiple packages, be sure to place a label on the item itself (o dun sa plastic or whatever na pinambalot nyo) aside from yung name and address na nasa Metrowide plastic. Then write the tracking number yourself on the package and ako I put scotch tape pa to stick the waybill slip sa package. Twice na kasi nangyari na nagkapalit ang package na hindi ko fault.
The grass is always greener on MY side.

I WAS loyal to Xend before pero nadala ako when LBC (partner kasi nila for provincial areas) delivered one of our parcels na gutay-gutay na and damaged na yung item kahit na nakalagay naman sa box ng parcel na fragile yung item and handle with care. Imbes na sagutin nila yung insurance, sinabi pa nila na it's my fault kasi di ko daw inayos yung packaging. All items inside the box are individually bubble wrapped and nakabubble wrap rin yung box mismo. Then all sides, merong fragile. Ang nakakainis talaga, after I presented proof na tama ang packaging ko (good thing I take photos ng package pati yung mga laman before sealing the box), nagtuturuan ang Xend at LBC kung sino ang may kasalanan. To make the story short, hindi nila sinagot yung damage kahit na insured yung package. Kesa sumakit ang ulo ko at ma-stress sa pagiging incompetent nila, I just changed courier.

Kaya afte this, NEVER WILL I GET THE SERVICES OF XEND AND LBC.  I now use the services of Jam Global for metro manila area and basta walang fragile items for provincial (kasi LBC rin partner nila). For fragile items, I use Air21. I love their sulight boxes. So far, wala naman ako prob sa kanilang 2.

^ sis blushing-bride thanks for the info. I'm having problems din kasi lately with XEND. Ever since we started our online shop sila na courier namin. Although ok [textspeak!] nagpipick-up na riders yung ngdedeliver na riders sa mga areas ang problem minsan.. and nakakainis pa yung sa customer service. Hirap na makontak kapag nakontak mo naman they don't seem to care to help you resolve your issues. May isang parcel metro manila to metro manila lang delivery umabot ng 4 days bago madeliver kaso hotel yung delivery address nakaalis na yung client eh kasi naman dapat ext day delivery lang.. ok lang madelay ng 1 or 2 days but 4 days bago madeliver.. hindi pa sila nagnotice na madedelay delivery :( nireturn nila parcel after almost 2 weeks na everyday ko sila kinukulit. Ako pa nagfollow up sa kanila. And everytime i ask them the status they don't know anything about it so ikkwento ko na naman from start yung issue.. kkapagod and stressful. And they did not even refund yung shipping fee kasi daw  return to sender. Haays, in the first place kaya nareturn sa sender because of their incompetent service.

i'll check out jam global and air21.. do you have the rates for this 2 couriers? yung air21 nagpipick up ba? thanks sis sorry at napahaba.

I am planning to start online business too.  Chance upon this thread.  It is very helpful.  Buti pala nabasa ko dito about Xend.  I was checking out their website, something's wrong with it.  My friends told me it's the cheapest eh.

these are the couriers that i've tried

metrowide- pwede nang pagtyagaan. yes they answer their phones, pero my golly pag nag follow up ako papatawagin ulit ako, pag tawag ko ulit walang update nakalimutan ata. laging ganito everytime may ifofollow up ako. mas ok sila ngayon sa xend kaya no choice but to stick with them for the mean time.

xend - eto lagi courier ginagamit everytime i make a purchase online. and true, walang kwenta numbers nila. not working! and last time, they delivered a package walang tao sa house, binato lang nila sa gate yung package nakita ko nalang paguwi ko. nail polish pa naman yun buti hindi nabasag.

air21- eto pinaka ok for me. lahat computerized. i was impressed kasi i was expecting a package from them, may nagtext pa sakin na automated text advising na may package ako to be delivered that day. downside lang is, may kamahalan, and unlike before, they dont pickup packages na if below 1k yung total bill mo.
