here's my no-bake blueberry cheesecake version recipe.

crust:
1 tbsp cinnamon
100g butter
2 tbsp sugar
1 pack graham crackers crushed

mix all ingredients, flat in disposable container and refrigirate for 30 minutes

filling:
1 brick of american heritage cream cheese
1 all purpose cream
1/2 cup sugar

1. mix 1 all purpose cream + 2 tbsp sugar (set aside)
2. remaining sugar + cream cheese (mix until soft)
3. mix 1 and 2

crust should be ready in 30 mins. spread the filling. you should have at least 3 disposable containers for this. refrigirate overnight.

before serving top it with blueberry.

^actually sis bumabagsak siya pag ni cut. kaya usually dun na din kami kumakaen sa container. ubos naman kase lage once served.

^you need to put Knox gelatin para hindi bumagsak.  Melt the gelatin with water konti lang around 1/4-1/2 cup kapag hindi na mainit mix it with cream cheese and sugar. Hindi na yan talaga babagsak

my no bake cheesecake recipe that my friends always request and even showed them how it's done last Saturday.
Ingredients:
3 bars cheesecake (i usually use Philadelphia but last Saturday we used Magnolia since no Philadelphia at SM and Puregold that time)
1 can condensed milk
2 all purpose cream
1 or 2 sachets gelatin
blue berry jm

crust:
1 pack crushed graham (but i usually use the whole grahams then crush it)
1/2 stick butter

1.  mix graham and butter until crumbly then make crust on a container (2 9" round pie pans maybe).  then freeze for atleast 1 hour.
2.  using a blender, blend together creamcheese, all purpose creams and condensed milk
3.  add and blend the disloved gelatin
4.  slowly and carefully pour the mixture on the graham crust.
5.  freeze.  if possible overnight then top with blue berry jam before eating.

Mga friends ko last saturday and their kids, hindi makapaghintay na mafreeze, after pouring the mixture sa crust ayun, sinimot nila tira tira sa blender.  wala pa 30 minutes the kids are asking pag pwede na daw [textspeak!] cake.  after an hour, kahit d nagfreeze, hindi nila pinatawad.  we put some crushed graham on small bowls, then scooped the creamcheese mixture sa unfrozen cheesecake then topped with blueberry.  ang kulit lang. hahaha. :P ;D The kids kept on saying, ang sarap ng cake. They even requested na gawa ulit but this time i hope they can wait para they can see a better presentation pag frozen na para we can top na with blue berry.

hi sis, one sachet po ba ng knox ilalagay sa 1/4 - 1/2 cup of milk para di bumagsak ang cheesecake? dati kase I tried using know grabe sumobra ang tigas as in nawala yun sarap ng cheesecake naging gelatin na talaga hehe. kaya since nun alsa gulaman ginagamit ko. tnx tnx :-)

pag sinabing disolve the gulaman - yung normal process ba na niluluto [textspeak!] gulaman or basta dissolve mo lang sa plain water without cooking it?!?!?!?

^for me i only put 2-3tsp gelatin powder with 3 tsp milk tapos pagka-mix sinama ko na sa mixer.

I tried sis ghye's no bake cheesecake recipe... so easy to do and yummy too! My first time making blueberry cheesecake and it's a success! :)

Nag-set din naman yung cake pagka-slice. I will definitely do it again.

ano gelatin gamit ninyo for cheesecake? last saturday was my first time to make mango cheesecake, the only gulaman I can use is Mr. Gulaman (vegetarian kasi ako, bawal gelatin)..pumalpak  :( nung tinunaw ko siya sa boiling water, mejo malapot na, cooled it a bit, then pagka-add ko sa mango puree (As per instructions) bigla ba naman nabuo sa spoon?! the mango puree was not cold..room temp lang siya..

so ang outcome is hindi siya nag set :( wet and thick siya na filling. Nilagay ko nalang sa freezer parang ice cream. masarap pa naman sana. I did not bother anymore to make the mango glaze thing on top.

maybe next time I should just add it sa room temp na water? kaso parang namumuo parin siya eh
