Hi sisters! Please help me. I'm thinking of putting up a small store front in Ortigas and Makati, and I would appreciate any suggestions/quotations. I only need a small space, around 2x3 meters is fine. Do you know the rental fee for the following places? Parang yun small stalls in Tiendesitas. Also, kung may iba pa kayong suggested places (like condos, etc), please let me know. Thanks so much!

The major malls you listed require huge upfront cash because you would need to pay several months worth of rent in advance. Plus, you would need either a firmly established brand or a fairly unique concept before they would even consider taking you in.

Will you be selling your own brand of clothes and make-up? And how much are you willing to invest?

btw, may experience ka na ba putting up a store etc.?

gusto mo itry yung ginagawa ng friend ko... she contacts HR of different companies tapos dun sya nagbabazaar. yung iba, ginagawang salary deduction. yung iba naman, outright bayad. try mo! she sells clothes as well. sorry though, but i don't think i can ask her contact details of the companies she approaches.

how bout sa mga robinson's mall? how much?.. na try ko na kasi magbazaar mga sis.. and my physical store/ office is @ the 2nd flr of our garage and i sell stuffs online din..

Hi sisses! sa robinsons san fernando, ang kiosk eh 15,000/month. Naginquire din kami sa metro gaisano sa may ayala mall sa angeles na magopen by the end of sept. yung bouque type/ foodcart is 25k per month. Ngayon Im still waiting kung how much sa SM clark. nagsubmit na kami requirement but until now wala pang feedback, eh ayaw nila idiscuss yung rate hanggat hindi pa naaaprove yung application, same with Marquee mall in angeles.

^umiikot din ako every weekend halos dito.. nagtataka din ako bakit parang laging konti ang tao kahit weekend. how much more during weekdays.. wala kasing gaanong variety sa mga stalls. pero meron dun yung stand alone na nagtitinda ng mga unique belt bags and army-designed stuff, laging may customer. i guess you have to offer unique items in 50th ave. para dayuhin ka ng buyers. sayang ang ganda pa naman nung pwesto..

thanks sis klodster.. yeah not bad na rin.. but dapat ang budget for rent at least mapunan yung 1year contract term para may allowance sa store space at para di naman nabibitin sa stock inventory.. hay ang buhay nating ng nagsisimulang negosyante.. whew!

sa market market ang kiosk eh nasa 30k na...
mababawi kaya yung mga ganun kamahal na space? yung 16k nga lang namamahalan na ako, pano pa kaya yung mga 20 up tapos di ba automatic yan na tumataas ng 10% every year.
