hi. i want to order the cognito but confused with the size... i'm large if i will follow their size chart but as per other reviews they suggested to get at least 1 size smaller when it comes to cognito. 

i agree with the reviews, get one size smaller.

hi sisses, im planning to buy my 1st spanx soon, to wear with herve leger-like minidress. i noticed madaming naka try na ng higher power briefs, and i noticed kasi d sya boyleg cut. Question po, if i wear tight dresses along the butt area d ba sya makkita un panty line ng higher power briefs? seamless ba sya? or can u recommend ano pa ba ang tummy shaping na pwedeng isuot sa tight minidresses.

Which one is better kaya the higher power brief or yung simplicity high-waisted panty?

I like slimplicity kasi madali isuot (my second spanx)... pero nung tumaba ako, it rolls down na kaya i tuck under the bra nalang and okay pa rin naman.

Just waiting for my super higher power shaper! Excited! Bahala na sa size but I ordered small even though my waist falls under large and my thigh falls under medium naman.  Sabi kasi dito get a size or 2 smaller than your actual size.

I got my Slim Cognito Shaping Mid-Thigh Bodysuit size Medium. Una kong nakita akala ko it wouldn't fit me pero nun sinuot ko na okay naman but it doesn't really control my tummy. I gave birth 5 weeks ago kaya naging segurista ako at medium pinabili ko. I don't measure my waistline kasi nga kapapanganak ko lang, may binili akong shorts 30 waistline nagkasya sakin dapat pala small pinabili ko.. gusto ko tuloy bumili na lang online and try ko small.

and i'm a bit confused about the different types, Slim Cognito vs Slimmer & Shine? what's the difference? some items look so similar.

yung short/body suit ba ng Spanx nakakaliit ng butt? i wanna try spanx kaso ang daming choices, nawiwindang ako. yung prob ko is the navel area lang, may buldge. but 23" lang waist ko kaya that's stopping me from ordering online, baka magroll down lang yun pagupo ko maluwag ang hi-waist shape brief ng wacoal kasi sa akin eh. so nasasayangan ako if ever. what do you recommend na type kaya?

If smaller or bigger ba sa iyo yung size? I'm not happy with my Spanx kasi nagro-roll down siya e  Mas gusto ko pa yung body shaper ko from Maidenform before. Di ko lang mahanap kung nasaan na yun.

I bought a pair of Higher Power Spanx a few years back but I don't wear them coz most of my party dresses are short and the length of higher power peeks out from under my dresses So I don't know what else to wear it with - office skirts?

Anyways for those looking if you have relatives in the US who live near a Nordstrom's Rack you can ask them to check for Spanx there. I bought my higher powers for $12 lang. Though styles are limited. I ended up buying my sister's panty type Spanx from the dept store since I couldn't find it at Nordstrom's Rack after several visits.

help naman mga sis, I heard using girdle after giving birth is ok daw to help get rid of bilbil and so far spanx yong pinaka magandang brand, Im really new on this spanx thing, there are so many to choose from can anybody pls help on which one to use and how much is it in Rustans? thanks for the help
