I bought a bra last week from Marks and spencer the SA measured me and Im a size 36A.  I also tried a 36B and it also fits except that the cup has an allowance. I got the 36A instead coz it fits better but I don‘t u
derstand how come I can also fit into a B cup.

^^ if there's an allowance in the cup then it's not a perfect fit. choose the cup size that fits you perfectly. so  they can hold and support your breast better.

Usually the SA in lingerie stores will help you determine your size sis e. :) As for me, iba iba size ng bra ko sa closet. Mabilis kasi ako pumayat, mabilis din tumaba so dapat both days may pwede ako isuot. Ang hirap ng maging endomorph.

I like how they check the fit at La Senza before you get it. It is very helpful because different kinds of bras fit differently.

Try to have yourself fitted by various brand holders, as brands differ in bra types, sizes and standards (US/EU/UK). It's something people tend to forget and cling on to only 1 bra size. Remember which standard they used.

That is also my problem mabilis din ako tumaba at pumayat. Lol eh lagi pa namang strapless ang bra ko as in everyday strapless. Pag pumayat ako nalalaglag yung bra
