i use creative suite CS6 on my mac. mostly Illustrator, Photoshop.

i also use Paint Tool Sai (on my PC) for drawing! super favorite ko ito for illustrating.

i do everything in photoshop. as a fashion designer dapat ata mas masanay ako sa corel or illustrator pero wala kong time matuto. i mostly rely on photoshop, a bit on illustrator. buti na lang hindi masyadong strict sa work when it comes to outputs.

^depends where you can learn more effectively. as I always suggest know lang the basics, how to use the tools and the shortcuts and mastering how to crop images-pero now dami na easy ways to do this with the cs version. classroom learning is good too kasi you have the certificates to prove and marami exercises, thing is you go for a really professional environment who can teach you more than what you can find on you tube. tho creativity talaga is what you really need din and a good imagination how to make use of all the techniques and tools.

ngayon sa u.s may na-approve na sila na bill for 2015 na kelangan certified na ang mga graphic designers, so there will be strict regulations and compliance issues up ahead for those wanting to do business and work in America. Duno how that'll hold for current designers and for outsourced companies/ designers. Tipong certification vs. portfolio tough call baka may regulation fees pa when it comes to company audits. So if in case you plan on taking it up seriously at as they say 'karirin' taking classes might benefit you more.

Matagal din ako natigil sa pag explore ng photoshop dahil sa naging busy sa pag aaral.. I'm using CS5 puro basic pa lang din kaya ko
like picture animation tapos gagawin mo syang gif file, using gradient chucu and everything pero ang di kinakaya talaga ng tyaga ko yung pag line arts or human face vector ba yun? haha kakaubos lakas. sakit sa bangs

Photoshop CS6 sucks on Win 8. The workscreen just keeps on blinking and blinking. Just mighty annoying.

Anyone know how to deal with this aside from adjusting GPU to basic? (which dont work as well)
