naku mga sis, 3 months na me parati puyat. no matter how tired am I the whole day. My period is getting affected na nga. Started with drinking tea, no effect. Sleepasil, it doesn't work pati. Ano kaya effective?

try essentials bu USANA sis. ako kahit 4-5 hours lang tulog ko, hindi ako pagod pag gising lalo na sa gabi. basta wag mo lang siya iinumin bago matulog ha.

prob ko to ngayon... wala na nga ako work wala ako inaasikaso pero hindi pa din ako makatulog... mas nakakatulog ako dati nung may work ako. sobrang pagod siguro kaya nakakasleep... ngayon hirap talaga ako, mag 2 months nakong bakasyon... hindi ako pwede sa melatonin kasi may effect daw yun sa hormones eh may sakit ako sa ovary at may pills ako na iniinom for that baka hindi mag tugma since may hormones din ang melatonin... anti histamine naman like iterax tinigilan ko na kasi bukod sa nakaka immune siya hindi ata safe na gamitin siya pampatulog lagi... hayyyz... hindi na din masyado tumatalab ang gatas sakin... nakakaiyak yung ganito... gusto ko lang naman matulog ng matulog habang bakasyon ko para makapahinga at beauty rest naman ako.

What kind of tea do you drink? If its a regular tea, then it may even contribute to your sleeping problems because it contains caffeine.

Try mo na wag mag pagod pag night time. Exercising in the evening, for example, could keep you awake.

Another drug-free remedy is reading something super boring at bedtime :-)

ive been taking this vitamins for my hair called msm (methyl sulphonyl ) and it makes me really really sleepy. i usually sleep 4-5 hrs a day and w/ this i end up sleeping 8 hrs and i get late for work, i turn off my alarm clock din kasi. but if u have the discipline and it works for u then it might be good.

^interesting. I didn't know that methylsulphonyl is marketed as a supplement for hair. I did a research about that compound years ago. It is used mainly to improve symptoms of arthritis. Effective ba talaga for hair?

Whenever i need makabawi ng tulog, I take Appetens Capsule or Mosegor Capsule. Sarap ng tulog ko nyan.

when i was prescribed by my psychiatrist with quetiapine for my bipolar, i get soooo sleepy that when i wake up, super relax body ko. hindi ako nakakagising kaagad and when i do, para akong high.hahaha

Hi mga sis. I've had insomnia for a long time and pills didn't help me. Nung nagpatingin ako sa clinical psychologist ko, who specializes in sleep problems, dun palang umokay yung body clock ko. Ang galing nga eh. After 8 sessions of therapy, nakakatulog na ako ng maayos :)

problem ko yang hindi makatulog agad,because of my work,,shifting kasi ,,i drink melatonine before,,but tinigil ko rin,minsan diphenhy
dramine kasi madalas allergic rhinitis me,,for years ganyan pero ng natry ko accupressure sa aurislim ,gumanda tulog ko na,,,kahit lagi pa me on call sa work,pagsuot ko aurislim mayamaya tulog na me...

Malunggay tea works for us. But you have to take it preferably with dinner, it's diuretic kasi. so if you take it close to sleeping time, you'll end up waking up just to pee ;)

Stresstabs, effective sya for me nakakaantok talaga! Try listening to sleepy music, classical or ambient nature sounds :) warm milk before bedtime might help as wrll

Melatonin worked for me din. Xanax too, but you'll need prescription for that.
