I also make my own salabat, with a teaspoon of local honey as sweetener. Right now I'm using CEM unfiltered honey. It's a local brand. It's cheap but surprisingly good!
Sa available sa grocery, green tea or earl grey or chamomile, preferably Twinings. Yung Celestial may aftertaste na di ko nagustuhan. The authentic south asian chai is also sooooo good.
Mas gusto ko rin ang iced tea na hindi instant. I boil 2 teabags in a small pot of water, add calamansi and honey, then chill. Sarap!
