once in a while, nagkakaminor-manas ako.. lalo na pag umuuwi kami ng province, so long drive at di masyado nakakarest or nakakagalaw yung legs ko.. so pagbalik ng manila, most of the time manas yung feet ko, pero nakukuha naman through raising them at night and mega lakad.. after a week or so, wala na rin..
walking is really helpful not only sa manas, but its a good exercise also for preggy moms.. kasi napapawisan tayo..
