when i was pregnant, i had manas from my 7th month towards birth. tama nga drink lots of water and avoid salty foods. ok din yung ielevate yung feet mo. sabi din ng taiwanese boss ko drink daw ako ng pinaglagaan ng red beans. ok naman [textspeak!], effective, d lang masarap. pero nung 35 weeks na ako, ayaw na talaga mawala ng manas ko until i gave birth. tas 3 days after i gave birth bumalik sya and mas malala kasi abot hanggang legs ko talaga. bumalik kami ni hubby sa ob and pinainom ako ng 3 doses ng Lasix, one dose every other day. ayun, lagi ka magwiwiwi kaya natanggal yung manas. nabawasan din agad yung post preggy weight ko, hehe
