I would have to say whole body peeling then just maintain with Belo Whitening Program which also includes IVG. Sunblock too.

I agree whole body peeling then maintain a bleaching lotion tapos IV gluta & oral as well.

Stay out of the sun during peak hours & wear lots of sunblock.

I personally use Obagi set on my face, oxygen facial sa belo,
Bleaching lotion for my body, kojic soap na din,
once or twice a month body scrub then oral gluta.

How much ang 10 session ng IVG sa bello? Kasi may alam ako IVG 13k lang 10 vials na yun...

for oral, i used to take PW, but i stopped na rin.

ito lang akin, yung simula pagkagising hanggang sa pagtulog sa gabi:

1. I wash my face with Derma Bleaching Soap (before, Cyleina BP)
2. ligo - Block and White soap
3. Body Scrub - once/twice a week Abonne or Yoko
4. Lotion - Nivea
5. I White - 5 step churva

Minus oral whitening supplements kasi pahinga stage muna ako. Pero dati, i take ph, pw, and whisis.
