sakit sa ulo nyang building permit. pinakamabilis na nakuha namin from experience was for a condo renovation sa taguig. 2 weeks lang, tapos sila pa magtetext sayo na pwede na kunin. walang lagay-lagay. that was nung time ni mayor tinga, dunno lang sa current mayor. dito sa amin sa QC, grabe 3 months ang pinakamabilis for a 2 storey house. kinulit lang talaga namin, pero walang lagay. ang dami dami nilang dahilan na may kulang daw kasi sa computation, etc.

may nakausap pa kami na nag-aapply din, arki firm sila na design-build, automatic daw nagiinsert sila ng 40k for every application. tinry daw nila dati na wala sa isang project na hindi rush, inabot daw ng 2 years!

nakakaasar pa sa city hall, pagpunta mo doon mga ganito pa hirit: "nasa electrical na yung plano nyo eh. kaso lima sila doon..." -- ano ibig sabihin diba? humihingi ng padulas... tsk... sana mawala na ganitong sistema  >:(

sis, magkano inabot ang building permit nyo in QC?

update lang mga sis, sa mga kumukuha palang ng building permit, may bagong requirement na inimplement just last month lang daw at isa kami sa tinamaan neto, isang factor bakit nadedelay ang evaluation ng bldg permit namin... hay!

you should get a certificate of construction for safety and health, from DOLE. mandatory ito before magproceed ang evaluation sa city hall... tigas ng mukha nung isang engineer sa DOLE, kausap ng husband ko kahapon, may isa silang requirement na hinihingi sa amin to proceed, pwede daw sila na gumawa P3k ang hiningi! kapal talaga. pwede namang yung engineer namin ang gumawa neto ang kaso it would take another week na naman kung magpapabalik balik ang papers, sayang ang araw na lumilipas... sobrang incovenient kasi ang office nila nasa Taft Avenue pa. sa offer ng engineer ng DOLE na yan, this coming friday ina-assure nya mare-release ang certificate. kaya pikit matang pinatulan ng husband ko ang offer niya. kanya kanya talagang gimik lalo na ngayong palapit na pasko.... tsk tsk tsk.

ang advise sa amin, upon release, isu-submit ito sa city hall tsaka palang tatakbo ulit ang papers for evaluation then for payment na ng bldg permit.

magkano naman po sa QC sa ngayon pag kumuha ka ng bldg permit? xmpre included na yung lagay-lagay lol
