Hi! I tried using sa seach function pero walang topic about this.

I am scared kasi I think my breasts are shrinking.. napansin din sya ng hubby ko lumiliit talaga sya.

He advised me to take breast enlarging supplements or having breast implants

what do you think mga sis, pero yes I want my breasts to be big again

Thanks! Nagpaconsult na ako, nothing is wrong with me naman daw. Iniisip ko baka nagpills ako before tapos nagstop ako kaya nagshrink.

What pills kaya pd itake para lumaki sila? Yung hindi contraceptive. Okay kaya F-Cup cookies?

Sis yeah i think its the pills. Both estrogen and progesterone which are the hormones in pills will cause the breasts to enlarge so when you got off them, they went back to its normal size.

Sis try to wear a push up bra, it works naman plus do push ups or wall push ups to strengthen the muscles.

I noticed based in personal observation na maganda magpa-breast enhance dito sa Thailand, mas maganda ang gawa nila compared sa Manila. But sa nose Manila pa din ako

Try to measure your bust every week, and try to observe the trend. Baka dahil sa hormanal changes because of our monthly period.

the best times to measure it is right ater the period,kasi wala nang swelling brought about by hormonal changes....
i noticed din na i'm between sizes..i'm either a 34_ bigger cup size and can also be a 36_ smaller cup size.i got measured kasi sa lasenza...that's where i mostly buy my bras from.
i had operations done on both breasts which left ugly scars...i had fibroadenomas na would swell and become very heavy and painful during ovulation/menses.kaya ko pinatanggal...and may history kasi ang family ko for developing these kind of benign (non cancerous) growths.mahirap na,baka nga naman maging kung ano later on...

since then i've always been an advocate of self breast examination lalo na for lumps,bumps,unusual discharges...

yes, I think because of the pills nga kaya lumaki ang siya and stopping it will get them to their normal size.

That's what I am afraid din, I am taking contraceptive pills (for the sake of balancing my hormones and regulating my menses) and I noticed na lumaki din yung size nung sa akin. Baka pag-nag-stop na ako liliit na siya ulit, sayang naman yung new sets of undies ko ...

mga sis ako naman before and after my periods ang heavy and sakit ng boobs ko..pero lately I noticed kahit pag malamig ang sakit ng right boob ko..kinakabahan ako

Gusto ko sana kaso takot naman ako sa surgery, baka sobrang sakit, baka hirap recovery, etc.

hi sis play ako interested hehe pero wala pang lakas ng loob. dati me BA thread nawala na. anyway, may forum akong sinalihan mostly foreigners ang member. it takes time ang pag dedecide ng BA hindi daw minamadali research and research ka sa pro's and con's meron nga iba halos ilang years 2 or 3 up pero now lang nagdecide talaga.

Week 1-3

I have differently sized breasts - my left side is bigger. What I do is wear a padded bra cup so they even out. Augmentation isn't something I'd consider at the moment. Padded bras are painless! :p

thats normal lang po after and before the periods because of hormonal changes. mag worry kayo if hindi nyo na kaya [textspeak!] sakit nya and kahit hindi before and after periods ay sumasakit pa din
