just had my fractional co2 and very much disapointed..you may have saved a lot from the procedure but the medication is really not justifiable..15k+ worth of creams, toners & soaps telling you that you need to apply almost 15 of those morning & night then asking you to sign a waiver if you don't buy their meds..how frustrating!! i've actually read from an article that all you need is basically cetaphil, aquaphor & sunblock during your skin's healing process..

anoter thing, they do not have post-treatment follow-up like belomed which i think is important and really shows how they care for their patients..i'm never going back to cathy valencia and hopefully others will think twice before spending a good portion of their hard-earned money in this uncaring clinic..

I feel the same sis!  with belomed they take time to text their patients the day after their treatment.  It may have nothing to do with the improvement of my skin but this little gesture counts.  With cathy valencia naman, i am so tempted to buy their meds, I'm just hesitant cause they don't put the ingredients on their labels or what each med is for. :(

^same here! that's why I started with the soaps lang muna cause that's the only product of theirs na may ingredient's list and available dito. I"m using a lot of brands and baka may bad reaction if I add their creams on top of that. It would really help sana if they disclosed contents, if it really is all organic yung whitening products dba? :)

I'm just really hesitant cause I had a friend in highschool who was using this popular cream then, and she got so fair like 3 shades lighter in 8 weeks. she kept using without knowing na may steroids pala yun kasi the box said "natural" lightener din. when she stopped cause of health concerns, her skin became so blotchy and easily sunburned/hyperpigmented na :-\ kaloka.

yung belowhite cream nga may steroids but at least they really tell you honestly to just use it for 3 weeks then take a break. pero it's also possible that the employee that someone asked from CV before just didn't know the ingredients list too that's why she just told the client "it's all organic" lol ;D I'm sure if you really ask someone, management maybe? they might tell you kung ano contents :) napakabizarre na man if they would rather lose a buyer rather than give out the ingredients, and I'd be so scared of buying na din if that were to happen. medyo shady na eh :P

Just finished with my facial with them kahapon. 2 weeks from my peeling and I'd say I'm satisfied. I want to wait though mga 2-3 more weeks pa to see maximum results.

Although I agree with you girls na they really don't check on their patients. No text whatsoever para mangamusta. Yesterday I sent a text message na I'll go there for my facial na, no reply. I went anyway. Na-accommodate naman ako. Si Lani nagprick, si Tina nag remove ng mask.

Ayun lang, hopefully they can improve their customer service.

hi girls, just finished the fractional laser from cv today and shocking ang meds! btw, does the dermatologist told u that u should get 3day straight peeling after the last session of fractional laser? this cost 20k for 3 session. i find this very expensive.
is this really a must??? please share naman sa mga nakapag fractional co2 laser. Tia :-)

Hey sis, It'll be my 2nd day today. No peeling yet, just roughness and sunburned. They told me I have to wait for 4-7 days before peeling eh. I asked my hubby to buy aquaphor in the US. They gave me facial at first, pricking, ( though have facial every month masakit pa din), then they put topical anesthesia for an hour and they told me to take a nap. Golly di ka makarelax because ang ingay.  ??? Finally laser na, the doctor was so nice during the procedure. Hindi ako bumili ng products nila because of what I read din. Btw my hubby had a co2 fractional Laser in Costa Rica too couple years ago, they never told him to used any of their products.
I dont know how to post ng pics dito eh  :( [/quote]

Sis!:) Potent daw talaga yung refiner kaya twice a week lang daw i-apply. Ganun din ba instructions sayo? Also they said na it should only be applied sa forehead, chin, nose and gilid na part ng cheeks, not including yung part na malapit sa side ng nose. Bawal din daw sa neck.

Feeling ko sis makikita talaga yung results after a  month or a month and a half eh. Although as I have mentioned, satisfied ako talaga so far. :)

Btw, ganun parin yung meds ko, walang nabawas. I bought nga ulit yung VS cream. ang dali maubos eh, pero yung collagen, RA cream, hindi pa nangangalahati. Di ko alam kung bakit. Dahil siguro sa consistency. Ikaw sis?:)

Talaga sis? update me if you have any peeling na.:) ako now ko lang na notice na may peeling na. Pero siguro first session pa lang kasi. Siguro after a couple of sessions ok na. :) Update me with your progress sis. BTW what pinapatreat mo, acne scars?wrinkles? large pores? Ako kasi acne scars :)

keyton11 yung sa refiner sis ang sabi lang sakin face lang wag sa neck, they didnt give me the specific areas on where not to apply. may refiner ka narin ba? sana nga sis may ma improve pa kasi puyat ako this past few days and medyo haggard talaga. i can see dark circles under my eyes na nga. though i can still go out without make up, pero sana mas ma maximize pa the results :)

feeling ko vs cream not needed na. hindi ba parang anti inflamatory lang siya? i stopped using it this week na eh. ang mabilis maubos sakin is the whitening plus cream. pa empty na siya. good thing i bought extra nun the last time. i might go back next week for another facial. ok facial nila noh? ang ganda ng feeling after. unlike the other regular facials na nag iiwan ng red marks sa face. and btw sis, you know ba if they're still on promo? thanks!

I'm sorry to hear that gurl pero just continue na lang their meds para di sayang din pagbili mo.  :) Anyway, I only bought their aloevera soap. I guess their kinda dissapointed, I can tell.  ::) If you have redness just use Hydrocortisone instead of their VS cream. I read a blog, this is all you have to do prior and after the procedure.
Here's the link:  http://kougarmagazine.com/webissue/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=97:beauty-a-health-fractionated-co2-laser-2&catid=1:beautyhealtharticles&Itemid=44).

I bought 3 session sa kanila and my husband too. My hubby told me he had Co2 fractional laser too in Costa Rica couple years ago, they just told him to used vaseline on his face. Kaya have to get back there at the end of the month for the 2nd session.

One more thing, a week before the procedure, they texted me that they need to rescheduled on September our appointment last Thurs because they cant accomodate the huge volume of clients so they have to schedule it on september.  ??? I paid over the counter actually and they gave us the schedules and wrote our name in their caendar. Kaloka!!  ::)

Sige sis update kita everyday. Right now, 2nd day roughness pa din, lang changes. Sabe nila my changes na daw even 1st session.. hmmm Siguro nga after a couple of session sana my improvement khit 50%. Pinatreat q acne scar and large pores. The doctor gave me a prescription too na u can buy in drugstores for am and pm for acne ata un. Update mo din ako ah  ;)

I am not happy with the experience. I have had my Fractional Treatment sa Dermaesthetique last year, twice and yung post med cream (anti inflammatory) was just 250 pesos. They didn't force me to buy their meds, just a few reminders about applying sunblock etc. This year I had my 3rd Fractional Treatment at Dermabest (Best experience so far), mabait doctor and specialists nila. Plus may mask pa na ilalagay para mag settle yung mainit na pakiramdam. They even let you keep the mask, (kasi pede pa gamitin 2 times).

Now as for CV, yes I got the discount (3 sessions for 5,499)--but their meds are super overkill! I do not know what the VS Cream is for pero feeling ko parang yung anti-inflammatory cream din. I use Cetaphil pero they still want to sell me a bunch of stuff (na hindi ko alam kung para saan kasi hindi pinaliwanag, basta chineckan lang tapos may schedule kelan gagamitin).

I don't wanna sound cheap, but hey--I could have spent more for better service.

And yes, they let you sign a waiver na parang nakakatakot because it frees them of liability kapag hindi mo binili products or post treatments nila. Imagine, 20k for a peel? Ano meron sa peel nila na wala sa ibang clinics? Kasi daw may tendency magka patches right after the 3rd treatment.

Sana nilagay nila sa promo nila lahat. This is false advertising, I guess. I still have to endure their BUSINESS for 2 more sessions.

Dapat tawag dito CV Beauty and Business. Poor customer service.

Just sharing my experience.

kim H, thanks sa tips! :-) i also bought the 3 session, i go back nga yday to change some meds that i should be using on 4th day onwards for the 3 day peeling that we need after the 3 session of fractional laser but the dr said that its their protocol that if nalabas  daw ng pinto nila , bawal na ibalik!
sis, hydrocortisone available ba sa mercury?
will you get the 3 day peeling pa? si hubby ba nagpa peel pa dati sa costa rica?
sorry ah dati ko questions, 1st time ko e.
