bali need mo pala magpost muna ng mga comments, until you reach a certain number of posts, then yung "new topic" button would be available to you.

yey ganon pala yun. Kaya pala ilang araw na ako naghahanap ng button na New Topic, wala pala
talaga yun dahil probee palang ako.

Meron kaya application ng female network sa iphone hehe para easy access na.
