Do you carry book(s) in your bag?
« on: April 16, 2009, 07:42:54 PM »
I remembered one episode in Gilmore Girls where Rory carry around 6 different books in her backpack. She has different genre of books so every time she gets bored, she just reads another book.

What book do you have in your bag?

----------

Just before I finished this book, I always carry with me Eat, Pray and Love. Now, I'm debating whether I should bring with me Anna Karenina since its one heck of a big and heavy book lol

i only carry books in my bag when i travel (as in when i need to fly). the number of books depends on how long my flight and lay-over are.

but i always have ebooks (currently some mary janice davidson books) on my treo. i read these when i get bored or when waiting for something/someone.

i do carry a book in my bag. i would usually have the book that i am currently reading in my bag so that while waiting at work or at a restaurant waiting for friends to arrive because for some reasons my friends are always late i have something to pass my time by.

I used to in college when my bag was big enough. :D

But now I usually just carry books that I trade with friends. I read them at home.

Parang exagg naman carrying 6 books, unless of course you pull a trolley bag with you every time you go out of the house.  ;D

Well I'm not Rory (unfortunately not a Gilmore), but I carry max of 2 books in my bag.  One which is my current read and another for a backup, and in case I finish too soon my nintendo ds lite is always fully charged.  Sobrang takot tumunganga.

when i'm currently reading a book, i bring it with me wherever i go so i have it in my bag.

or when i'm not reading something, tapos aalis ako and i know sa lakad na yun there'll be lots of idle time like waiting time, definitely nagdadala ako ng book.
It's so much easier to be happy. :)

I only do so when I'm travelling.  I must have a book with me especially when I fly and I have a habit of buying a book or two from a bookstore when I go abroad.

i do, pero yung mga books lang na rented/borrowed from library. those that I own, di ko dinadala. Ayoko kasi madumihan at magkaroon ng creases - i have this obsession kasi na dapat mukhang bago pa din kahit tapos ko ng basahin.  :D

Yes, I usually bring books. Most times, its because I need to study/cram and I read "baby" med books while on the go. Other times naman, especially when traveling, I bring pocket books. I also have a notebook full of ebooks.

I do. Pero most of the time, hindi ko rin naman halos nababasa. Haha. Gusto ko lang talaga yung feeling na may dala kong book. Para in case na kelangan kong maghintay, alam ko na hindi ako maiinip kasi may book akong dala.
