Mga sis pasali. Im preggy din and pulikat sa legs is very common. But I no longer experience it or when it suddenly happens I know what to do. I read about this technique while surfing the net months ago:
Masarap talaga mag-stretch upon waking up in the morning and while still lying in bed. As we strech our body, our toes are naturally pointing outward; this time, try pointing your toes inward as you stretch, kakasanayan din yan and that will avoid early morning cramping.
If cramping happens in the middle of the night because of prolong standing while working or because of strenuous activities during the day, try the same, immediately point your toes inward and the cramping will stop. I have done it and it works for me, sana sa inyo din mga sis. Prompt remedy lang to syempre, kung may underlying health issues naman ang pamumulikat, your doctor can best address it.
