i used to have this as in every sleeping time ko.
someone advised me vit B complex. since then ok na. during waking hours, i usually do some leg exercises na rin as in i flex every toe and the heels. after a long walk when i get home after a warm bath, my legs there up on the wall.
^^ pls correct me...nalilipasan ka ba ng gutom? i experience this everytime lessened ang food intake ko. i was thinking it might be a stomach cramps? once i eat good enough, nawawala ang pain.
all of us cramp victims here...pwede ko bang sabihin na kulang lang tayo sa exercise?
