naku, i just wanna share our experience with them. we bought Tucson sa QC branch nila. we bought it cash.
2 mos pa lang sa amin may problema na. hirap siyang umahon, and parang may delay and hirap ang makina. dinala namin sa nearest Hyundai branch to have it checked. and ayun nga, may problema:engine low power
a/t delay shifting/ shift shock
sobrang hassle talaga. ako na nagalit sa kanila kasi bakit sila mag release ng faulty unit. fault nila talaga yun. we requested for a unit replacement. ayaw nilang pumayag, they just wanted to fix the problem na lang.. ayaw namin ng ganun kasi we were thinking na yun na talaga magiging sakit ng car kung replace lang nila. ayun, sobrang nag sorry and kinausap na kame ng kung sino sino boss.
naisip din ng dad ko na since special plate kame, another gastos na naman 50K din yata yun. i told my dad na dapat sila na mag shoulder nun. wala din.. ang ending, they just fix the car.
my dad requested for a temp service car na pwede magamit namin, wala din nangyari. and when they delivered the car to us, di man lang nilagyan ng gas and nilinis kahit pampalubag loob.
