Trig,

For half an hour's work or less, you get to eat a full meal in a resto plus drinks, even desserts!

You get taxed heavily but you reap the benefits also so patas lang.

Anyone can purchase a home here, blue collar or white collar.  In fact my brother who works in a casino earns a hefty amount of salary, even higher than his bank manager/friend.

I guess mahirap/mayaman migrants to OZ, they all just wana secure their kids a better future. :D

According to the weather forecast, sunny daw this weekend so we better hit the beach front.

Hey sis, what happened to the picnic? Update update! :)

2 years ako when I came here parang Dec na ata nung mag-decorate malls at mag-display ng Christmas items for selling. ngayon dito sa amin, mid October pa lang meron na. :p

Maaga nga this year naglabasan ang mga Christmas decors. Busy-busyhan kami last week para mag-set-up ng aming Christmas decors at syempre Christmas tree. The past 2 years hindi kami nag-decor sa bahay dahil wala naman kami sa bahay ng Pasko at ang aking batang paslit ay nasa lola nya. Pero this year gumastos kami for the Christmas tree para feel na feel namin ang Christmas kahit wala naman kami sa bahay on Christmas day.

Maganda ba this year?

Parang maaga ang init this year. Sobrang init over the weekend. How did you cope?

sis port80, saan ka bang state?

^I can relate to that.

May next time pa naman. I have friends in Melbourne around our age. If you're interested to meet with them let me know para ma-hook up kita sa kanila. They might be visiting Geelong sometime soon.

Been there and done that. Dalaw-dalaw ka na lang din sa kanya.

Speak soon. Kung maloka-loka ka na sa lungkot just buzz and I will prepare a bottle of wine for you.

Sure, ok with me to meet new friends.  :)  If ever may picnic kayo, sama ako kahit magtrain ako.  I haven't been to Geelong.  At least makasyal din hehe :)

Call you soon!  Chikahan lang. :D
