I want to learn how to play guitar and piano. My parents know how to play guitar kaya lang hindi daw nila alam paano ituro (lol)

Nung bata pa ako, nagpiano lesson ako, pero hindi na rin natuloy after ko grumaduate from grade school.

I used to play the piano too... pero since we already sold our bulky piano, wala na kaming pinagppracticean... hence hindi na ko marunong. LOL
Pero ang frustration ko talaga, magplay ng guitar at mag drums. Kaya lang wala na kong interes mag-aral haha

first instrument i played was my sister's keyboard, a gift from my fave late cousin.. una kong natutunan yung wooden heart na ang nagcover lizards convention... ^_^ i'm a frustrated musician too hahaha.. unfortunately ako lang ang walang proper lessons with instruments, si ate kasi sa keyboard at si kuya sa guitar... self study lang ako and nakikigulo lang pag nakikita silang tumutugtog lol...

second instrument i handled was harmonica, napasubok ako sa breathing techniques neto, eventually tried another one at may nagustuhan akong bagong instrument which is flute... yung typical child's flute lang not the brass one ha (asa)  :P elementary days pa yun... muntikan pa ko mapasali sa event sa school because of that, mas pinili ko pa kasi ang sports nun  ::)

fourth is the guitar... gamit gamit ang classic guitar ng kuya ko, kahit nasisiraan ng string go parin basta matuto.. :P this was my fave instrument... eto yung hindi ko tinigilan pagaralan... hs days.. college days... we even played at our friend's debut noon..  ;D at yung mga adventure moments sa paghahanap ng studio... anyway, hanggang sa nakabili ako ng sariling guitar and even named it yuuna.. then when I met my partner who is more musically inclined than me, we bought her recent guitar and named it zwei ditto.. hahaha.. ayan magkatabi sila dito sa room namin...  ;D

fifth instrument was drums.. though hanggang electric drums lang naman... si ate kasi knows how to play drums too though hindi ko ata kasundo kaya konting beats lang alam ko LOL

i'm trying to look for the vintage keyboard that's on my wishlist... hopefully could find that decent seller before the year ends..

I want to learn how to play drums and the flute but I guess that will have to wait since I'm still trying to learn how play the piano. I'm already 23 and I know that it is never too old to learn though starting at a young age is an advantage.

It's always been my dream to be able to play the violin....

I recently took piano lessons. Stop muna kasi busy at walang budget :(
Last year lang ako nag-start at age 20, nakakainggit yung student before me. 15 years old pero sobrang ang bilis na magbasa at puro classical ppieces na ang tinutugtog! Sana makapagpatuloy ulit.

Gusto ko rin matuto ng violin, guitar, ukulele, and drums. Libre naman mangarap e :D

Madali lang magaral ng guitar, kelangan lang ng constant practice so that you can do the chords properly. Kahit namna hindi muna mabilis magswitch from one chord to another ang importante naman is magawa mo ng tama yung chords ng guitar. :)

I can teach you how to play the guitar if you want to? Same goes for ukelele, medyo mas nakakalito lang ang ukelele when you know how to play the guitar since most of the time 4 strings lang ang ukelele as compared to guitar's 6 strings. Pero it's just like playing the guitar.  8)

i can play drums. took informal lessons back in high school. never really had a set of my own. used to borrow lang from friends for a short time lang. pero since i migrated wala na talagang praktis. gusto ko nga ulit magpraktis kahit magrent ng rehearsal studio just for me.

meron rin akong flute/recorder pero nasa loob lang ng lalagyan at di ko pa ulit nagagamit. never ko rin to namaster hahaha. tsk.

pero ang gusto ko pa talaga matutunan is tumugtog ng violin (naengganyo sa bandang Yellowcard, The Corrs, and Silent Sanctuary), tsaka saxophone (pang romansa :P). at this point in my life ewan ko kung matutunan ko pa to. hehe.
