I like mine, medium well.

Hello! Anyone who has tried cooking their own steak? I've watched many videoa and i am very interested especially pwede rin pala sa pan to. Any tips? Off topic but maybe someone can give input :)

Back to topic: medium rare to medium ako nowadays. Sumasakit tyan ko kapag well done or medyo matigas ang beef. :s akala ko isolated case lang pero pag nakain ako ng beef na matigas sumasakit na parang di ako natutunawan :D
I like games well played :)

^^pwede sa grill pan lang sa stove. Others roast it naman. Pero mas ok if charcoal-grilled. either which way masarap pa rin hehe.

Personally I can't eat medium rare steak. Ang langsa ng dugo. I prefer medium well.

For me, medium to medium-well, depends sa mood. But since I'm pregnant, it has been well-done for the past 7months. Two months more and I'll be back to the usual medium-well doneness.

Tried cooking steak sa oven, it would always turn out medium-well to almost well-done. Malambot pa din naman so ok lang. And before ko isalang sa oven, I brown/sear the outside muna using a pan.
