medium well! --- just right to kill pathogens (bacteria), and at the same time, juicy and tender pa din ang meat. kasi pag well done, the meat tends to be dry.

Though, I once tried eating Medium Rare served in Moulin Rouge. Since I didn't have a choice, I ate it and it wasn't that bad.  :)

99% of the time - well done.

on rare occasions - medium well (na more on well done)

i dont like it pink or pinkish.

Medium well or well done..  :)
My formula for living is quite simple. I get up in the morning and I go to bed at night. In between, I occupy myself as best I can
