^ Surely! :D I'll email her muna. It's so simple lang and you can find the ingredients sa pantry nyo mismo. The only thing na dinadayo namin sa grocery is the walnut.

Will let you girls know the recipe once I got an answer from her. :)

hihi. when i tried the carrot cupcake recipe of curiousmama, i used walnut too! :)

hi cind3rella, pa share naman ng cheese cupcake mo :) i've tried one recipe from inet kaya lang di ako satisfied sa naging lasa niya  ;D

tnx in advance :)

update ko lang... na-try ko na kasi yung cheese cupcake recipe kahapon for my baby's birthday party. verdict: they love it. as a cupcake wannabe-maker comment naman, okay ang taste for me pero sobrang siksik nya kasi kaya so filling talaga with just one piece. sabi nga ng hubby ko, hindi pwedeng pang-commercial kasi malulugi ako. hehe.

as for the cream cheese icing... happy ako with my second try using bar cream cheese. ang sarap!! hihi. i'll post a pic ng aking creations kapag na-upload ko na sa multiply account ko. :)

any other recipes to share?

hi cind3r3lla, i tried the cheese cupcake the other day pero ginawa kong 1/2 [textspeak!] mga ingredients (12-15pcs).. masarap siya lalo na pag maraming cheese na budbod..

tnx for sharing the link ha..

hmm.. pano kaya mapapalambot yung pinaka-bread niya at hindi maging masyadong siksik? balak ko nga i-try yung recipes ng banana or carrot cupcake dito eh. instead na i-add yung banana/carrot, ay cheese ang gawin ko. mas gusto ko kasi yung pagkalambot ng banana/carrot cupcake recipes eh. will keep you posted kapag na-try ko itong experiment na ito. for now eh rest muna ako sa cupcake dahil nagsasawa na mga taga-taste test ko. haha.

sis, i have a question lang re: banana cupcake recipe. i was just curious kung bakit may hinahalong vinegar sa evap milk. para saan yung vinegar? sorry ha, bago pa lang din kasi akong nagbe-bake so wala akong idea.  :)

^sis, bago lang din ako sa pagbe-bake eh. hinabol ko lang pag-e-experiment in time for my baby's birthday kaya hindi ko rin sure ang answer sa tanong mo.  :-[ pero according to google, you add vinegar to milk as substitute to buttermilk. another answer i got was, vinegar reacts with baking soda to make it rise faster.

siguro... ito ang dahilan why this banana cupcake recipe is able to retain its shape after they were cooked. kasi yung iba kong recipes na na-try, the cupcakes will rise up inside the oven and then kapag inilabas mo na, iimpis.

hmm... isa pa rin pala sa na-observe ko when i tried out these recipes ay.. kapag yung recipe may water, humihiwalay yung liner sa bread.  ???

^wow sis! super professional ang dating. sana matuto din ako mag bake for my little sister. adik kasi sa cupcakes yon eh. hehe... :)
