Royal
Sprite
Coke
Mug
Mountain dew

I really want to avoid drinking softdrinks para makatulong sa pag-diet ko kaso ang hirap. :( Haha.
Because I believe that one day, I will meet a man from the future. :)

I'm removing softdrinks from my diet, slowly - specifically those cola ones tulad ng Coke at Pepsi na gustong-gusto ko. Admittedly, ang hirap i-quit totally. So I'm doing it slowly. So far, I'm successful.

Sa ngayon I don't put in softdrinks in my grocery list, tipid sa budget.

I restrict to drinking Coke and Pepsi only once a week - either Saturday or Sunday. Or just skip at all.

Whenever I crave for Coke or Pepsi and I'm in a mall ... I just order fruit shakes. Or drink water first then check myself if I am still craving for those drinks.

Looking back, tingin ko yung weight gain ko was caused by my love for softdrinks before. Ngayon I'm trying to lose the excess baggage. Nakatulong yung pag-quit ko, because I've been able to lose 5 kilos so far and didn't get it back.

i only drink softdrinks din kapag kasama sa value meal na binili ko.

sprite karaniwan ang pinipili ko because of its citrus flavor.  :)

Before, addict ako sa softdrinks lalo na Coke. Now I rarely drink, hindi din kasi maganda in the long run.

But once in a while I indulge myself.

^ ako din, I had to give up my one and only softdrink na iniinom - rootbeer - after seeing that FB post (it went viral weeks ago) about the amount of sugar in our drinks. Nakakatakot yung sa softdrinks, parang 80% nya e sugar  ;D

i used to drink sarsi but i stopped when i read in the ingredients list "aspertame" which is linked to brain cancer.

i also used to drink royal tru orange but i stopped din kasi sa US may study na yung orange food color sa soda is bad. forgot na why exactly... so isip ko same lang ginagamit sa US at phils.

so now coke nalang talaga ako. sometimes rootbeer to break the monotony. i know its not good and i need to cutback... pero addict talaga ako.  :P
