I'm removing softdrinks from my diet, slowly - specifically those cola ones tulad ng Coke at Pepsi na gustong-gusto ko. Admittedly, ang hirap i-quit totally. So I'm doing it slowly. So far, I'm successful.
Sa ngayon I don't put in softdrinks in my grocery list, tipid sa budget.
I restrict to drinking Coke and Pepsi only once a week - either Saturday or Sunday. Or just skip at all.
Whenever I crave for Coke or Pepsi and I'm in a mall ... I just order fruit shakes. Or drink water first then check myself if I am still craving for those drinks.
Looking back, tingin ko yung weight gain ko was caused by my love for softdrinks before. Ngayon I'm trying to lose the excess baggage. Nakatulong yung pag-quit ko, because I've been able to lose 5 kilos so far and didn't get it back.
