pepsi max!!!

before mas gusto ko yung coke, pero nung nagwork ako sa pepsi, at nasanay na na pepsi iniinom ko, pag umiinom ako ng coke, parang napapaitan na ako...hehe

i dont like sprite or 7 up...and i dont believe that its 'better' or 'healthier' than the colored hehe...kasi same content lang naman yun mga sis. wala lang color

^but at least makikita mo kung may dirt,kasi clear , honestly,that was the only reason why I choose 7-up/sprite, not bec of some weight loss ek ek or whatever, gusto ko lang masiguro na walang dumi yung drinks ko. he he he OA ko noh!

I'm not constipated too (in my case kasi, IMO -- hindi na co-constipate ang madaldal! LOL) but my sugar is already "high normal".

Coke Light/Lite/Diet is my comfort food, my addiction.  Bakit ba walang Coke Lite with Lemon dito?   

Grabe na nga addiction ko ngayon kasi ang tigas na ng ulo ko ha. Coz if i am in a restaurant (like Outback) that does not serve Coke (Pepsi don eh) ...  I bring in my own Coke!

for me, i have no preference if coke or pepsi. they almost taste the same for me and mas madalas lang ako uminom ng coke kasi dito samen, lahat ng grocery stores coke or pop ang tinda. walang pepsi. i'm only able to drink pepsi when we eat out. and i don't like pop. hehe

there are times that weeks would go by na hindi ako umiinom ng softdrinks and okay lang...pero there are times too when i want to drink it everyday! hehe... like right now, gusto ko may coke lagi. and i don't want the lite or the coke zero too. kahit ano pa sabihin nilang SAME TASTE  sa commercial, iba talaga noh! hahaha 

last year, nagustuhan ko yung sparkle na softdrinks...it tastes like mountain dew. then i got preggy so bawal muna softdrinks. tapos when i bought it again recently, iba na lasa. so di ko na siya type.

when i was growing up, bawal and soda sa house. we'd only get to drink soda pa may party. we always had tang or nestea sa house.

when i got married, nahawa ako sa husband ko na mahilig mag soda pag meal time and pag meryenda.

i go for either coke light or pepsi max, pero lately mas gusto ko pepsi max. i like royal/mirinda also but i never liked sprite/7-up.

we always have coke light/pepsi max and root beer (mug, diet sarsi or a&w light) at home. all in can. di kami bumibili ng big bottles because my husband doesn't like drinking soda na wala nang fizz.

ninaf01, diba sa acidic bawal din ang caffeine? tea has caffeine. di ba pinagbawal sayo?

my husband is acidic, we found out last weekend lang. so ngayon hinay-hinay siya sa soda and anything caffeinated kasi yon sabi ng doctor.

ako din, i don't drink softdrinks. it's my personal choice. kaya lang, minsan paghinahanap-hanap ko yung lasa, tumitikim ako. pero napapansin ko pag more than a sip ang ginagawa ko, sumasakit ulo ko.

nung elem days ko always coke din ako kasi may tinda mom ko para sa mga trabahador namin, every meal may coke. pero ngayon hindi na masyado ako sa softdrinks. kelangan magpigil .

minsan lang kami uminom talaga ng softdrinks, siguro twice a month sinanay kami ng parents ko na di uminom ng softdrinks kaya pati kiddos ko di talaga umiinom ng softdrinks binibigyan ko nga sila na may ayaw inumin  pero like ko lasa ng rootbeer and sprite

i am a coke drinker, and a fan of pop cola ...

im currently in the stage of lessening my softdrinks intake. diabetes or not, i think anything consumed too much is bad...

^ korek ka dyan sis.. pag me fave food.. di kumpleto pag walang coke regular and lots of ice!!!!!!!!!!!!! perfect stressbuster ko ito.. whether regular meals or maski with chips!!!! Lately im trying to lose weight kaya mga once a week na lang.. huhuhu.. kunsintidor naman si hubby.. binibilhan pa din ako sa groceries.. hehe

hindi ako mahilig sa softdrinks...so pati daughter ko di din nakasanayan...pero minsan binibigyan kami ng coke zero ng SIL ko kasi dealer sila ng softdrinks kaso yun sobrang tagal bago maubos yung isang litro
