^same question rin po sa kanya. Saan ba meron? Sabi kasi sa isang forum sa ACE hardware daw, yung shampoo.. meron nga bang shampoo na asuntol? plano ko kasi yun ipang spray sa mga tinutulugan ng pet ko.

I'm gonna buy frontline too pero yung pipette lang kasi mahal yung spray kung ipang sray ko lang sa tinutulugan nila, so help po sa asuntol..

Sa MOA ba meron?

My 2 dogs are experiencing the same thing.. sobrang dami.. [textspeak!] spitz ko grabeh ang lalaki ng garapata, nkakaiyak.. to the point na umiihi siya ng parang brown.. sabi ng vet blood parasite daw un.. kasi nga dami niya kuto.. pati [textspeak!] shih tzu ko nahawa.. ngpanic tlaga ako.. i wasn't able to monitor them kasi sobrang busy sa school din ako.. [textspeak!] shih tzu ko ok na paunti unti nalang.. pero i can see garapatas crawling in the floor.. nalalaglag siguro.. totoo bang bawal ipull off [textspeak!] mga garapata sa aso? kasi i do it all the time.. naawa na kasi ako.. dati meron pa [textspeak!] eggs talaga.. nakakataas balahibo.. pero ganun pala [textspeak!] pag love na love mo [textspeak!] aso mo, kahit takot ka dun, titiisin mo para lang maging ok siya.. parang baby mo talaga..

Try looking at hardwares is you want to buy Asuntol, ang alam ko doon nabili ng sister ko yung asuntol powder namin... or try niyo rin sa vet mismo

Yup sa ace hardware may asuntol. Effective siya..pati yung area ng mga dogs namin nagspra-spray kame ng asuntol.

yup sis yan ginawa ng hubby ko buy siya asuntol tapos pinaligo sa maid...so far so good.....halos wala na ako nakikita ticks:)

di lang ginapangan ng ticks baby ko kinagat pa!!!!grabe naloka ako punta ako sa pedia...sabi ng pedia okay lang daw binigyan ako synalar cream yun daw ipahaid ko...ok naman si baby girl ko ngayon...

wala na silang fleas.

Sis question po. paano po gamitin yung asuntol? meron kasi ako rottweiler medyo nangangati na sya at nakikita ko na din yung ticks, i bought na din yung asuntol sa cartimar but i forgot to ask them kung paano apply. help po

^Yes, powder siya. nabibili sa mga veterinary & agricultural chemical stores.

^^^Also curious kung gaano karami din ang hinahalong asuntol sa tubig. Di kasi nakalagay sa pakete e. Anyone who can help us with this?

I also use sevin para sa dogs namin. Pag frontline kasi, madaming bottles siguro mabibili ko for my lab. Ito yung pinapaligo ng uncle ko sa dogs namin, effective siya. So pag tick season na, naka-ready na yung sevin namin

anyways ganito kasi yung ginagawa ko sa mixture ng sevin.. i use yung bucket ng kfc, fill 1/3 of it with cheap cornstarch (gawgaw) then mix it well with a pack ng sevin. after ko paliguan rotties ko, pinupulbos ko yung sevin all over their body, between the toes and even inside the ears. deep dapat yung paglalagay kasi thick haired sila. tapos yung dog house nilalagyan ko din after linisin. maski ordinary detergent lang pang linis, let it dry then put yung mixture ng sevin sa floor and in between posts. usually may naiiwan pa nga eh sa mixture, tinatabi ko na lang yung natitira para sa next season ng ticks.

if how frequent nyo tetreat ng sevin yung dogs, depende na lang siguro sa gravity ng infestation. the most that i did when they got heavily infested (sobrang dami sa ears and few close to eyelids, pluck off ko na lang yung ticks na malapit sa eyelids) was just bathe and treat them twice a week 2 days interval for 3 weeks.

teka bro yung powder mixture ng sevin ba di nakakalason? since minsan nililick nya boby nya.
the first night na kinuha ko tzu ko , sa room ko pinatulog the next morning dami kung kagat ng garapata as in namaga, sa face, sa braso at sa liko. so ayun ligo sya agad dun ko nadiscover dmaing kuto, after that 4 days in a row kung nililiguan then pulled off the ticks kaso ayun nasugat sya.
ill try acv muna then if hindi nag work asuntol or sevin mixture.

^Sis, di ba bad sa dog na everyday paliguan and pulling off the ticks as well?

Kung nililick ng dog yung solution sa body niya, what you can do is use a plastic cone para ilagay sa ulo niya. That way, wala siyang contact sa body niya.

How do you use acv for ticks sis? this is the first i've heard of this.

feeling ko tick season nanaman... sa labas where our Lab is located, nakita namin ang daming gumagapang na female ticks! as in naglalakad sa floor... may maliliit na kung hindi mo titingnan mabuti hindi mo mapapansin.... meron din malalaki, meron din ka-size nung male tick... sa loob din ng room namin merong gumagapang sa walls! nung isang gabi may nakita akong "mother-of-pearl" kung tawagin namin ng sister ko, yung malaking female tick! shucks!

Heatherette- yup its not good for them daw na paliguan everyday since yung natural oil nawawla, pero nakaktakot yung alaga nya. yup even pulling off ng ticks since nanotice ko afterwards nagsugat.
acv- nabasa ko lang din yun haluan yugn last banlaw nya ng acv. or mix with water then spray mo sa infected area, natatandaan ko one of the many uses ng acv yun.

problem ko din po to. didn't know n bawal i-pull ang ticks.waaa..
I used Frontline plus na but walang effect. meron pa rin akong nakitang ticks, nakakaawa na nga e. [textspeak!] i'll try asuntol na.
