^shake mo lang sa blender yung gusto mong fruit tapos ilalagay sa ice candy plastic. ;)

- Freeze to desired hardness. Haha. :)

hehe nung bata pa ako, atat, kinakain ko agad kahit hindi pa ganun katigas. ;)

we tried making melon ice candy kanina and we put in cassava flour and effective nga naging malabo ang texture nya. it's cassava flour pala na nasabi sa akin, downers lang ang pagkakasabi sa akin kasi yun tawag sa ibang lugar.

Favorite kong homemade ice candy - avocado flavor. Blender lang ang avocado, alpine milk, sugar at konting water kapag para na siyang shake pwede ng i-pack :)

nung bata kami ginagawa kami ng mom ko ng ice candy - very common yung either milo flavor or sunny orange juice flavor. hehe....

dun sa sister ko mabentang mabenta ang ice candy niya kasi ang gamit niya ay yung timpla ng hot chocolate ng isa sa pinaka sikat na food chain lang naman. eh kasi nag wo work ako sa planta na gumagawa ng chocolate concentrate na yun at nabibili ko nag formulation na yon sa murang halaga.

imported na cocoa ang gamit namin dun kaya ang lasa ng ice cany niya ay bonggang bongga. kaya ang sister ko lagi ako kinukulit na bumili pa ang chocolate na yun, hehe!

mga sis buhayin nating ang thread na ito.. marunong ba kayo paano gumawa ng tablea chocolate na ice candy? pati melon ice candy?
naguguluhan na ako kung ilagay ba dapat ay evap or condensed.. masarap yung pag nag frozen sha slushy pa rin ang pagka tigas niya. bagay na bagay sa init ng panahon!

we usually mix the corn starch with hot water para mas fine yung texture ng ice candy then saka namin lalagyan ng maraming water, sugar and other ingredients  ;)
