uy makasubscribe nga dito...hehe in case may maka bigay ng don hen recipe.

ayaw ko yung typical dito na chicken wings yung spicy na maorange na puro hotsauce kasi ang alat minsan i still crave for don hens.

my recipe...

marinate chicken wings with calamansi and salt then fry.

for the sauce in the pan i use heinz barbeque sauce put butter and sugar. then put the fried wings until the sauce absorbed.

mukha and lasa naman syang buffalo wings..

buffalo chicken wings naman eh idi-dip lang yung wings sa tabasco, that's it. yung dressing/dip lang ang may pinagkaiba.

what i did para hindi maalat, i deep fried the chicken without marinating it. After frying, put them in a separate pan and fry again with sweet chili sauce. I also put chili sauce para mas maanghang pa.

my husband liked it.

btw, pano nyo pinipirito ang wings na hindi sya masyado dry? ang nakikita ko kase grilled eh. pag pirito, natutuyot ang manok.

jufran sweet chili sauce din gamit ko.

what i do naman is use the local breading mixes to coat the chicken tapos deep fry. tapos drain well the oil and roll it in another bowl where the jufran sweet chili sauce is.

mas masarap ito serve while hot.

when i do this, super block buster rin.

i must try your way.

and the dressing too!

just make it not overfried para hindi tustado. make it 2 minutes lang per side, making sure that the oil is too hot na before you put the chicken.

nakagawa na ko, i coat it with flour na may chili powder. i used the indian chili powder. tapos, sauce naman, hindi blue cheese dahil ang mahal ng blue cheese diba, pero something similar to TGIF's honey mustard dip.

I served chicken wings and blue cheese dip using six quixotic's recipe dated 8 April 2009 and my dinner guests loved it.

Tip: To evenly coat the chicken wings, I put the flour, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper & paprika mixture in a large ziploc bag. Then, I added the chicken wings and shaked the bag. Presto! Even talaga ang coating. I deep-fried the chicken using a deep fryer.

yung pagshake effective talaga yan. even ang coating. napanood ko naman yan sa isang cooking show sa tv some years back. anything na may breading eh ganyan ginagawa ko.

I tried this last night, but instead of Jufran, UFC sweet chili sauce yung ginamit ko kasi yun lang available sa pantry. And i must say, super patok sa mom and sis ko. Eh parehong laitera pa yun, i dont know how to cook kasi and lahat ng niluluto ko eh may pintas sila. Magaling kasi magluto yung dalawang yun. But they said that it tasted really good. Yung mom ko kinabukasan niya pa nakain for breakfast, masarap daw, malasa ang chicken.

Tried it as well last night. Una napadami yung calamansi ko, so ginawa ko dinamihan ko yung patis. ang ending maalat.

Though masarap naman. Next i'll know na what to do

eto ang lunch ko for today. for the chicken marinade, i used chicken thighs(wala kaseng chicken wings available), lemon and patis. i let it sit for at least an hour and a half afterwhich, i sprinkled some ground pepper tapos i microwaved the chicken for just a few seconds on both sides. then i coated the chicken with pepper(again!) and corn flour saka ko ni-fry until golden brown.

as for the sauce, i used heinz bbq sauce, butter, powdered ginger and honey. i waited until the sauce starts to simmer before putting in the fried chicken. then i microwaved wattie's steamfresh mixed veggies (halatang tamad e

) to serve on the side. mmm yummy!
