I served chicken wings and blue cheese dip using six quixotic's recipe dated 8 April 2009 and my dinner guests loved it.
Tip: To evenly coat the chicken wings, I put the flour, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper & paprika mixture in a large ziploc bag. Then, I added the chicken wings and shaked the bag. Presto! Even talaga ang coating. I deep-fried the chicken using a deep fryer.
