Just made buffalo wings a while ago. Anyway, its not Don Hen style ha.
1 kilo chicken wings (divide each into 2)
1 bottle tabasco sauce
2 tbsp Heinz Distilled Vinegar
4 tbsp butter
1 cup mayonaise
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup blue cheese
1 tbsp lemon
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
salt & pepper
paprika & cayenne
canola cooking oil
In a pan, melt 4 tbsp butter, add 10tbsp of tabasco hot sauce and 2 tbsp distilled vinegar. Season with salt & pepper.
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Coat it with flour, paprika and cayenne mix. Refrigerate for at least 15mins.
Deep fry until golden brown, might take 10mins.
Remove excess oil - use paper towels.
In a bowl, coat cooked chicken with the Hot sauce mixture. Better alternative: put it in a Tupperware tapos SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE
BLUE CHEESE DIP
Mix 1 cup of mayo, 1/3 cup sour cream, 1/3 cup blue cheese, 1 tbsp lemon, salt and pepper and garlic. Mix well. Chill for at least 30mins. (you will only be needing half of this dip, its good for 2 kilos of chicken wings)
