My son just celebrated his 3rd birthday party @ Max's Restaurant. And here is the breakdown:

Food -(30 kids & 60 adults ) 36K

Balloon drops, Styro backdrop, centerpieces, 44 pcs. ottoman chair, cake, cup cakes, lollies, host/magician (Chayno), chairs & tables ribbon, 36K (courtesy of partytimephillipines)

almost 90K. original budget was 50k lol

My youngest son celebrated his 1st birthday last August 8 ( exact day!) at McDonalds Quezon Avenue.

Food: chix w/ spaghetti meal, regular fries, mcdo burger, chocolate sundae @177/pax  x 85 pax=  P15,045 less 10% discount = P13,541

I ordered the same food for adults and kids because some kids also want to have what the adults are eating.

Tarpaulin printing: 300 (4" x 3" I made the layout)

Lootbag: P3,135 ( prepared 30 bags with face towel, small white board, big sticker pad, gel pen, crayons, food items and activity folder which I prepared)

Prizes: P1,000 ( puzzles, erasers, pencil case, big white board, big pens and a lot more)

Cake: P1000 + 420 (35 cupcakes)= P1,420
         shoppersville bakeshop

Photo coverage= P3500  ( 2 photographers)

Total:   P22,896 + 2,000 ( for the things that I forgot to include) = 25k
