I was planning to get a Techno watch, kasi nga gusto ko na medyo masculine na watch. However, when I was at the store, the SA told me to get a "proper" watch from a real watch brand (in the same price range like Longines, Rotary, etc). He said they've had quite a number of returns for Techno purchases. Mind you, he's not an agent of any of the brands he endorsed. He was a general SA.

After weeks of contemplation and a bit of research, I ended up getting a Rotary watch instead.

kunsabagay, many people kasi view techno as a fad watch.

as for me, wala naman ako prob. right now, i'm using the black leather strap para magmukhang musculine

mukha nga wala nang ibang solution. inilublob ko na rin sa concentrated zonrox yung clear gel strap, no effect.

once the gel strap turns yellow, wala na talaga solution dun. sayang rin nga e pero it's ok rin kasi you get to try other colors diba. i have cruise and raft... i've had them for like 7 years na yata and i still use them up to now. hindi talaga naluluma, in fairness. some may think it's a fad (ganun din naisip ko nung una ko binili yung akin) pero sobrang nagamit ko sya talaga. i changed the strap of my cruise a few times already. it was originally pink, then nag-white leather patent, then red, white and now it's purple. yung raft was originally blue but now it's black. i'm using a philip stein now but i still use my techno from time to time lalo na kasi summer, ganda nya tignan with anything you're wearing.

like ko bumili ng leather white strap for tmax.. kaya lang naghihinayang ako 4k plus kasi...
standard lang ba size ng straps nila...?
like for tmax its 17mm
plan ko bili ako much cheaper na white leather then baklasin ko na lang yung buckle sa luma ko na gel strap na clear..

or maski wag na..hehe
meron ako blue pero binigay ko sa bf ko.. too masculine yung color for me...
and parang like ko din yung yellow patent strap.. parang yum ng color

sis very cool nga ang yellow strap! lalo na when your wearing plain white blouse/shirt

i have one, gift sakin ni hubby plus yung mauve na color. next strap i'm planning to get eh yung green. summer naman so ok lang kahit parang neon sya.. i don't think it's a fad. i'm not used to wearing girly watches kasi kaya talagang nagtechno ako. si hubby ang nagintroduce sakin neto and i'm loving it!
last time we bought a gel strap for cruise/raft, it's around P2400.
di ko lang alam ngayon kung nagincrease na naman..

I have the Apnea watch for women. My favorite straps are the white and clear ones. It is so hard to change the straps. I think it's best if you get one of the thinest tools you could find (not necessarily small). At first mahirap din for me, but you'll get the hang of it.

I try to wiggle the tool between the "joints" carefully and then it comes out

haaay sad news. my techno fell off my grasp kanina so the face was chipped off sa side

. i will have it repaired at their service center in greenbelt. nasa 2k daw ang charge. sayang! if not for my being clumsy, gel strap na sana ang equivalent nun...
