Sis Remi! Congrats to you and hubby! When are you due?

Grabe snow lately ah. When I was there, twice ko lang ata naranasan nag snow, tapos super slight snow lang, di man lang nag settle. Though I was living in the South then.

Hope everyone is well! Nakaka-miss ang UK. Hopefully in 2 years time, we will move back to the UK na for good.

Happy holidays!

Thanks sis!  The baby is due on April 10th! :)

Super grabe ang snow and supposedly more to come during the Christmas weekend.  We're extra careful not to slip especially hubby and I like walking around.  But it's super beautiful!

Sana nga sis!  Sana you'll move sa London.  Ingat always, enjoy your holidays!

girls, have you guys heard of SkillsUnlimited? Di daw sila agency.. consultacy firm lang daw sila.. are they any good kaya?

hi sis, re:skills unlimited... super expensive sa kanila... if you're still interested in going to UK...PM me  ;) believe me affordable talaga ang PF nila so dito na rin ako mag aapply and if your married pwede mo sabay si hubby pag alis mo as your dependant...'

Hello mga sis, meron ba ditong ngwowork sa Ireland? I just want to know how to get the stamp 4 visa and bord al tranis. Kasi hinahanapan ako ng agency ng ganung requirements. Sayang naman baka opportunity ko na ito. Sana may makasagot ng tanong ko. Thanks

hi Jhaney, this might be late already but just in case, here's my two cents:

ang stamp 4 is given to work permit holders who have stayed here for more than 2 years; or to non-EEA (european) nationals who married EEA nationals. Those are the only 2 ways you can get a stamp 4. basically ang stamp 4 kasi mas maluwag ang requirements, kaya siguro preferred ng agency yun.

If you want more info on work permits and stamps, you can get more info here:

http://www.deti.ie/labour/workpermits/faqs.htm

Word of caution though - mahigpit ang Irish government ngayon sa foreign workers due to the recession, mabusisi pero if your employer decides to sponsor you ang you get at least €30k per annum na base salary, you'd pass through the basic test. In any case, marami pa ring talented pinoys na nakakapasok dito, lalo na sa IT, usually it's a breeze for them to get through the work permit process.

Good luck.
