to make the flavor of the garlic really comes out..Try to roast it fist.Put it on a tin foil, drizzle it with EVOO,salt and pepper. You can tell when its ready just by smell. Its a good spread on any hard crust bread.

here's my garlic dip recipe :)

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
finely chopped garlic (amount depends on how garlicky you want it, I normally use 1 whole garlic)
salt and pepper to taste

you can change the measurement if you need something na mas konti just make sure na equal parts ang mayo and sour cream.  you can also add as much garlic as you want if you want it more spicy :)

Tartar Sauce

1 tablespoon onion, grated
1 green onion, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped capers
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped or 2 tablespoons chopped dill pickles
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Cajun seasoning to your taste (optional)
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste

Mix everything together and add salt and pepper to taste. The fresh dill is nice, but the traditional tartar sauce we see all the time has the little flecks of real pickle in it.

gumawa ako ng sarili kong Creamy Garlic Sauce. I used this for Shawarma pero nagamit narin namin ito as dip for my homemade mojo patatoes. :)
