----First most--marinate ground beef in freshly ground black pepper (or powdered form), a little salt (or little soya sauce if you want)
*heat up pan
*add olive oil (I notice if olive oil is used, garlic, onions and meat cook really well)
*saute chopped garlic--once 'smell' wafts air,
*add onions--once 'transparent'-looking add
*the marinated ground beef: give it a good mix: gisa mo well (not too long as beef cooks really fast: just take note of the change of color ng meat kumbaga)
*then add sliced Vienna Sausages and squared maling luncheon meat (they're like half-cooked na so I decided to cook the raw ground beef first before adding these two)
*add 2 packs (I'm trying to follow gorgeous_mommie's recipe
) of Bestfood Spaghetti sauce
*add grated cheese
*sugar to taste
---boil a lot of water: add a drop of olive oil and salt to the water
---once boiling, add pasta (check the packet kung ilang minutes: I hate, hate, hate over-cooked pasta)
---check 3 minutes before ng time and if di pa pwede, add another minute..so on and so forth
---once al dente, drain pasta and give a COLD BATH (ready mo yung pot or basin or bowl with cold water). Put cooked pasta there and drain again...
---arrange pasta in bowl or big serving plate and pour cooked sauce over pasta; sprinkle with grated cheese
