Details:
1. Invite-- c/o me. I made a movie poster look-alike for this with my son's picture on it.
2. name tags-- I used some wallpaper from clone wars.
3. activity sheets/coloring pages--downloaded from clone wars site
4. Photographer- Terry Uy--thankfully, he accepted my event as he's a wedding photographer.
5. Videographer-Shierdan Pamintuan-- also a wedding videographer.
6. Backdrop/balloons- Polka Dots Events--I rented styro backdrop. Jhoanne made pillars with clone wars mylar in the entrance, also had c3p0 and some other styro characters near the entrance. For the centerpieces, balloons with clone wars mylar.
7. Cake- Joy San Gabriel. A 12" round cake topped with Star Wars toy set bought at Hobbes and Landes, with 100 cupcakes consisting of kaileuaia (chocolate with nuts), oreo cheesecake and coffee caramel.
8. Host/Show-- Mad Science. They were also in charge of the games. I cannot rave enough of them! Great show, everyone loved it even the adults.
9. Photo Booth - Photo Spoof--used a black backdrop. They had cool props and outfits
10. Face Painter- Cha c/o Polka Dot Events.. I emailed star wars faces to her, siyempre, most of the kids still wanted spiderman, flowers, stars.. My son was painted with Darth Maul. Another kid had a queen amidala face, and another, darth vader.
11. prizes - bought most of them at Hobbes & Landes, National Bookstore.
12. Lootbag- various chocolates and snacks from SM. Star wars comic book and colored pencil for the boys. Stationery, glitter gel pen and stickers for the girls.
13. Movie poster- made a movie poster size of the invite for the entrance.
Will post pics when I get them from my photographer. I had around 40+ kids, I think. All the guests including the yayas were 103. I didn't realize that the kids would amount to that much! Nagkulang yung loot bag ko.. There were a few who left before the program finished, so hindi ito nabigyan. But all the others were given loot bags. There was even a teenager who wanted to stay with his brother coz the party was cool daw.. unfortunately, di pinayagan ng mommy coz they had somewhere to go ata..
