Salary ng House Helper (Thread 2)

Monthly salary 3,500 plus 100 pesos allowance per week. Hindi sya stay-in everyday ang uwi (6:30 am to 6 pm only) & day-off nya every Sunday. She's with us since April 2011, alaga lang kay baby at pag may free time linis ng house then Saturday laundry lang uwi na din 2 to 3 pm. Di ko pinagluluto ayaw kasi ni hubby kaya ako nagluluto before at after ng work ko... then ako din alaga k baby pag alis nya ng 6pm hanggang sa pagdating nya ng umaga 6:30 am. Asikaso ko din panganay ko grade 3 pagpasok sa school & prepare breakfast.

samin nagstart sya at 2.5k salary per month. bantay-bata. stay-in naman sya. free food pati mga toiletries. mag-1year na sya at ang salary nya nasa 3k na. mahilig sya magluto at maglinis kaya pinapabayaan na lang namin sya. saka alam naman nyang wala kaming time magluto. di ko lang sya pinaglalaba ng mga damit namin kasi di ko gusto yong laba nya. kaya kumuha kami ng isa pang katulong para may katulong sya a pagluluto. then yon na din ang naglilinis ng house at naglalaba.

3.5k yaya namin pero cia din taga laba namin and linis ng house, pero ako naman ang nagluluto ng food namin and sometime tinutulungan ko cia maglinis lalo na kapag nakikita ko na pagod na talaga cia. Nag uusap nga kami ni hubby if increase na namin cia pero next year na siguro kapag nakapag start na ko ng work.

Starting salary is 3K stay in yon with 300/ per week budget sa food hiwalay kasi food namin. We have 2 househelp, 1  yaya 4K,  1Cook 4K....Budget sa food is 1200 per week. i dont provide toiletries for them

Our starting salary for yaya was originally P3,500, but after losing the last two applicants (the first one left after 6 days, the second one after 4 days), we increased it to a starting of 4K. Madami pa silang palusot eh, sweldo lang pala problema.

will increase the salary of my helper from 3k to 4k cuz a baby's coming in Aug. All around sya but I want her to include yaya duties, hence the increase. kukuha na lang kami ng maglalaba at plantsa 2x a week to relieve her of some of her all-around duties. i also give 13th month every year-end.

Project ko ito next year sana, pati sss and philhealth and if kaya pa, hmo.

My daughter's yaya gets 6k/month. She used to be the all around hh at my parents' house in the province, and i took her on as my toddler's yaya a few months ago. my all around hh has been working for me for 6+ years and gets 5k/month but i deduct 1k monthly because we pay for her tuition, she goes to college part time taking up bs education.

They both also get 13th month pay and free toiletries. Because of their loyalty and quality of work, i want to gube them more hence the plan to give additional benefits via pagibig, sss, philhealth.

yung salary ng helper ng tita ko 4k yung tagaluto at tagalinis tapos 3k ang tagalaba 2x a week at tagabantay ng anak nya malalaki naman na hindi na alagain libre lahat food, toiletries at stay in sila 2

My baby's yaya 5k.. She worked from saudi and ilang months palang sya and mukang ok..
Yung tagalinis and luto is 3k. 5 lang kami sa house including the 2 maids so wala masyado work except kung magulo si baby

3500 all around. hindi cya naglalaba dahil nagpapa laundry kami.saka no space sa paglalaba dahil 1br un nireretahan namen. most of the time sleeping ang ginagawa dahil small area lang namanayusin nya.

My yaya's salary is 7k, galing na din kc sya abroad. Sagot ko na din mga ibang personal hygiene items nya pag kasama sya mag grocery. very dependable talaga sya pag dating kay baby minsan nga over protective na. Pro kay baby ko lang sya talaga maasahan sa ibang bagay para ng she's not all there. But as long as maalaga kay baby worth it na din.
