hi! ask ko lang kung pano ginagawa yung may mga kulay na chocolates especially for 3D molders. are they painting those chocolates with brush just like candies?

If you will be coming from quiapo, mas madali for you to go to their welcome rotonda branch instead.
*Take the jeep going to philcoa or SM North/Trinoma in quiapo.
*Baba ka sa first street RIGHT AFTER welcome rotonda (Kitanlad St.) It will be on your right.

The store looks like a bit of a castle. Small brown castle to be exact. Pagbaba mo, yun na yun. Since nasa kanto ng kitanlad at quezon ave. ang choco lovers.

Kung sa cubao pa, you will need to ride the trike pa. If you want to go cubao branch talaga:
*ride the CUBAO JEEP in Quiapo.
*alight in cubao before tumawid yung jeep to the other side of EDSA.
*Walk towards MRT Station.
*Ride the tricycle and tell manong driver to take you to Chocolate Lovers.

Sis enna, if you're using it for choco moldings, mas OK ang veg shortening since it holds the form of the chocolates quite well. It wont get soft under room temp. So if the recipre calls for veg shortening, use veg shortening as what sis rhiiana said. ;) Though I use butter for ganache and choco fillings naman.

sis rhiianaliciousz thanks for the rep...I watched a tutorial in youtube and vegetable shortening was placed before the chocs are melted...Is that needed?
