May menu na ko nagawa. May nakita din akong isang website na cooking for one din ginagawa niya kaso yung ibang ingredients mahirap talaga hanapin sa atin.

Mahirap nga to cook for one. Hehe kami naman challenge kasi nasa condo and on weekends, sibling lang kami naiiwan. My parents would usually check our other place where my grannies are staying also. The maid is there so solo talaga kami. What we do is cook yung matagal ma-spoil na food, example, yung adobo you can keep it longer.. Then para di ulit-ulit, pwede mo gawin pasta, adobo flakes, traditional adobo or adobo sandwich. We keep stir-fried beef/ pork always kasi versatile din sya-- you can cook it stir-fried with veggies, or add tomato sauce, or make it into torta :) Tama,Pinoy ulam are meant for sharing kasi, pero if you don't mind eating it 2-3 times konting tancha nalang siguro para di over sa dami maluto mo :) keep a couple of chicken pieces or pang-tapa para i-fry mo nalang in case you want one, madali na yung i-control ang portion, hehe. Pasta rin staple samin. :)

Dalawa lang kami ni h2b nahihirapan ako magluto ng bonggang dish. We are always at work and most times its better na mag take out na lang, hindi maganda at magastos.

Adobo, porkchop, pinaka madali na yun. kung gusto mo naman sis ng medyo iba, sometimes i make pita bread dishes. pita bread lang, veggies, left over meat, chorizo, dressing, solve na. you can store the pita, veggies, dressing for a very long time. for single serving, ok na sa akin ang dalawang pita bread. hehe.

Nakakasawa nga ang canned goods although its the easiest to prepare. The next easy one for me would be noodles and pasta. Hmm... maybe some grilled meat also. Just season a bit then lagay na sa griller. :P

cook in batches or para less hirap get a slow cooker and put every thing in before bed para pag gising mo luto na your food.  if you can go by taste instead of measuring do so and learn to adjust lang the flavors, when to add salt or not. baking is also a good option or broil for easy fried chicken  easy cleanup pa.
