One to two Nicholas Sparks books are enough for me. More than that, it can be already predictable. All of the five NS books I've read tackles "death". Not uplifting at all.

was able to watch his interview sa the bottomline ni boy abunda..ang galing ng talent nya,kung hindi daw nya alam ang start,middle at ending ng story sa mind nya before he even writes it,hindi nya matutuloy yun..so nasa utak na nya muna then isusulat nya

Nicholas Sparks novels are my guilty pleasure! they are easy reads and doesn't take up too much brain cells for me to enjoy. haha. i don't care how saccharine or melodramatic the story could get but i just love ending a stressful work day curled up in bed and escaping to his small town settings.

usually lang yung mga novels nya is may pagka-boring sa una (for me).. puro narration kasi.. bandang middle na yung tear jerker part.. hehe.. pero love na love ko din yung mga books na nabasa ko na...

i hate that they cast juilanne hough sa safe haven....much like when they cast the partner zac efron and her partner....

oo nga sis, sana iba na lang. they should have cast a brunette. kase mostly naman sa safe haven plot, brown-hair na si Katie. Nung una lang siya blonde.

I always like the book version compared to movie version. Yun nga lang ang laging theme ni Nicholas Sparks eh may namamatay sa dulo

For me, the best ang True Believer and At First Sight. Sobra kilig ko dun, feeling ko bumalik ako sa pagiging teenager. Hahahaha

I just love the chase. Pero at the same time, heart breaking din siya.

Listed are books of NS that I have:
-The Choice (First book ko)
-A bend in the road (Gusto ko dito yung short story about true love)
-The Guardian (Ganda ng twist. Suspense)
-The Wedding (Medyo di ko bet. Yung una and ending lang ang binasa ko)
-The Last Song (Todo singhot ako habang binabasa ko to

Kaya super disappointed ako sa movie)
-The Lucky One (Feel Good)
-The Rescue (All about overcoming your fears. Gusto ko yung mga linya nila dito)
-True Believer (SUPERB.KILIG.)
-At First Sight (Heartbreaking)
-Safe Haven (Kaasar si Kevin.)
-The Best of Me (Currently reading)

yung first 2 books, di yata ko nawalan ng tissue sa kamay nun..

yung dear john, di ko pa tapos, pero ok naman.. mas naiyak lang ako sa part ng father nya..
yung last, so-so lang.. ok lang..

i just finished reading The Choice. sobrang nakaka-admire ang love story ng mga bida. it was boring at first pero i kept on reading it.

I also read NS books. Yung A Walk to Remember maghapon ko lang binasa.

Minsan lang nadidissappoint ako sa end ng story kasi karamihan sa mga books nya namamatay yung bida. Minsan nga naiisip ko bitter ba si NS. Ayaw nyang maging happy ang mga bida nya.

Dear John - my ultimate favorite so far and it made me cry. Loved the book, hated the movie!
