here's my version... medyo natagalan kasi i had to recall it and retry last sunday. well, masarap pa din naman.
1/4 cup butter
1 tbsp garlic
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 small can evaporated milk
1/2 cup water
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 brick pack (250 grams) all purpose cream
250 grams fried bacon bits
250 grams fried ham bits
1 small can mushroom pieces
salt and pepper to taste
250 grams fetuccine, cooked as to package direction
sautee garlic in butter. add flour and whip until it thickens. gradually add water and milk. dissolve the bouillon cube in the mixture and let it boil. pour in the cream then mix in bacon, ham, and mushroom until the sauce becomes frothy. toss in pasta and remove from heat when the pasta is completely coated with the sauce (i always advise this para hindi madaling mapanis). season with salt and pepper.
yun, ok na... you may top it with cheese and chopped parsley
