When going through key transitions in life, most people become more open to change, especially in their surroundings. This home is a simple one bedroom condominium unit with a contemporary feel—not too modern or severe, but not too traditional either—and stylish vibe that’s open to interpretation and personalization.

The unit has a low ceiling, but the use of a light color palette maximizes natural lighting and adds to the spaciousness of the place. All the rooms--the living, dining, and kitchen areas--are oriented towards the balcony and its amazing view of the city.

It looks breezy. Like you just have your garden outside. The floor area must have been at least 70 sq. meters to produce this kind of feel coz if it would be lesser than that the furniture would make the place look cramped.

Great place! And it looks really big for a condominium unit. It's really hard to acquire that kind of home when you're working within a budget -- a very little budget to be exact.
