I Am a Bad-Carb Addict
I know I should be snacking on fruits and whole-wheat bread and nuts and all those other good things. But lately I’ve been stuffing my face with this Choco Ripple bread that I’ve been getting from the supermarket.
I’m really hoping I’d get over this soon. When I like something, I can eat it every day; hence my Frosted Flakes phase, hazelnut spread phase—which is still ongoing but which has kind of been put on hold because I finished a big jar about a week ago—crackers-with-condensed-milk phase, sago’t gulaman phase…the list goes on, and it’s mostly bad carbs!
Why can’t I have a carrot-and-celery-stick phase? Or an apple phase? (Apple pie, maybe.) Or a natural/no-sugar-added-oatmeal phase? (She types as she munches on that Choco Ripple bread…)
