Different booths are open at 10:00 AM on April 28 at the SM Megamall Event Center. Plus, Cosmo's associate fashion editor, Happy Lopez, and assistant beauty editor, Regina Belmonte, will be at the Cosmo booth to answer style and beauty questions from 1:00PM to 3:00PM.
