To celebrate moments like these, The Peninsula Manila recently launched a new ice cream dessert menu for The Peninsula Lobby called Frozen by the Sun. This new selection features classic Peninsula favorites, with the addition of new concoctions whipped up Executive Chef Patrick Boucher and Executive Pastry Chef Sebatien Cocquery.
The Lobby’s three new ice cream creations include Can’t Say No (P425), a symphony of chocolate truffle, vanilla almond, and coffee almond ice cream garnished with white and dark chocolate and whipped cream; Berry Madness (P690), which consists of scoops of vanilla and strawberry ice cream on a bed of berry marmalade topped with black currant coulis; and Summer Ice(P500), a refreshing tropical treat of raspberry, mango sorbet and fruit salad ice cream topped with a caramel tuile and fresh tropical fruit. These are now available alongside The Peninsula's tried and tested selections such as The Nutty Pageboy (P320), Halo-Halo Harana (P425), and the famous 19-scoop Pen Pals (P990).
