To wax or not to wax? For many women, that is certainly the question. Today’s tiny swimsuit trends and sultry lingerie styles have made it next to impossible for the modern gal to avoid at least a brush with bikini waxing, or the epilation of body hair from the pubic region. Although it is still considered somewhat taboo in more conservative nations (including our own), pubic hair removal for women is steadily become as much of an aesthetic norm as shaving one’s legs or armpits.
Whereas different parts of the world practice their own type of bikini waxing (the American style limited to just the hair outside the bikini line; the French style leaving a “landing strip”), perhaps the most well-known is the Brazilian, which removes all hair in the pelvic area—front, back, and in between. It is for this reason that the Brazilian wax is both sought after and feared. The idea that the process takes everything you’ve got sounds attractive to some—and excruciating to others. And then there are those who choose not to wax at all, simply because they like their lady parts au naturel.

if you have low tolerance for pain, you can opt for cold wax instead of the hot one.
