There's no denying it—the time is ripe to be a fashion blogger. Ten years ago, a woman in need of a little sartorial inspiration would have to turn to her favorite magazines to keep up with the latest global trends and to glean a few styling tips. Nowadays, however, things are different. While glossies will remain a permanent fixture in many a woman's monthly expenses, the advent of fashion blogs have made it possible for style-hungry ladies to look to regular women for their daily dose of fashion. In effect, fashion becomes accessible: it's no longer just about the designer brands but also about department store finds; no longer just about rail-thin models dripping in expensive pieces but also about women in various shapes and sizes dressing in ways that flatter their figures.

Don't get us wrong—fashion magazines will always have a place in our hearts. But we think there's also something appealing (and relatable!) about seeing regular women inject their personalities and preferences into their everyday outfits.
