How to Get Flame Nail Art Worn by Katniss in The Hunger Games

nailsDidn't you just love Katniss Everdeen's kick ass nails in The Hunger Games? Want to get the look? You will need black, orange, yellow, and red nail polish. Apply a black base coat. Then, paint the flame design onto using a plastic sandwich bag; peel this off, apply it to your nails, and smoothen out with a clear top coat.
